Shipping Policy Last Updated: 09/11/2026 This kitchenware website is operated by Guangxi Yishun Network Technology Co., Ltd., doing business as JDDSBULK. This policy applies to all cookware and kitchen accessory orders shipped to the United States. 1. Processing / Fulfillment Time Orders are typically processed within 1‑3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time excludes weekends and Chinese public holidays. Personalized or custom‑made kitchen products may require additional production time before shipment, which will be noted clearly on corresponding product pages.  2. Estimated Delivery Time Estimated delivery time to United States destinations is **10‑20 business days after dispatch**. Customs inspection may cause unforeseen delays which are outside our control. 3. Shipping Fees Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. Any free‑shipping threshold will be clearly displayed before you complete payment. 4. Fulfillment / Shipping Origin Orders are fulfilled from our facilities located in China. We do not ship from United States local warehouses unless explicitly stated on individual product listings.  5. Tracking Once your kitchenware order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24‑48 hours for tracking data to update after dispatch. 6. Delay or Lost Package If your tracking information has not been updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, please contact support@jddsbulk.com with your order number. We will open an investigation together with the carrier. We will not automatically close your support case merely because tracking shows “Delivered”. We remain responsible for providing customer assistance even after packages are handed over to the shipping carrier. Import Duties & Taxes Customers in the United States are responsible for applicable import duties, customs fees and local taxes incurred upon kitchenware parcel arrival.
